how far in advanced we need to reserve a private corporate aircraft?
Jet Access Corp is often able to book private air charter flights within just two hours’ notice. However, the sooner, the better because flights are subject to aircraft and crew availability, particularly during peak travel times of the year, such as major holidays and sporting events.
what happens if we need to cancel or make changes to our flight?
You can cancel or make changes to your itinerary up to 48 hours prior to your flight at no charge. If you need to cancel or make changes within 24 hours of your flight, we will pass on any incurred costs.

Are there any luggage limitations or recommendations?
Each aircraft has different sizes of luggage compartments and weight limitations, which is why we always recommend a single carry on per passenger, however, there´s some aircrafts that we use for short routes that have very limited luggage space, so it is important specify to your flight advisor what type and amount of luggage you wish to bring on board, to avoid issues or delays.
From which airports can I depart and arrive?
We operate in more than 98% of all existing airports in the world, however there are some operating limitations for a corporate aviation such as the Mexico City international airport ´´AICM´´ where a special permit is required to be able to take off or land with this type of aircraft. Jet Access Corp staff will organize your flight and will do everything possible to make your flight to the departure and arrival airports closest to your destination.
How do I decide on which aircraft is right for me?
Your personal advisor will work directly with you to suggest the best aircraft option available based on your needs or preferences. We also suggest you see our equipment gallery where you will be able to see our fleet, their passenger capacity and flight range.
What documentation do I need for my flight?
A government-issued photo ID is required for each passenger prior to boarding on domestic flights. For international flights, you must present a valid passport and visa, if visa is required; these documents must be sent with a minimum of 24 hours prior to departure to your advisor or to our flight department for authorization and filling out the documents necessary for the flight.
Can I smoke on my flight?
In most cases the use of cigarettes is allowed, however we operate aircraft where smoking is not allowed, so we suggest you inform your advisor to coordinate your request and assign an aircraft that feet to your requirement
Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, Flight Phones and Entertainment on private jets?
If you request it, we can assign you an aircraft that meets your connectivity needs, however, in a light jets we do not have Internet access. This service may have an extra cost for use during the flight.
Will there be a flight attendant on board?
While some planes require a flight attendant due to their size and number of passengers, others do not. If your flight does not require it, but you need one on board, we will happy to assign one upon request.
What terminal and gates are used at the airports?
As an executive aircraft user, you will use private facilities called (FBO) as a passenger terminal. These facilities are much more private and more luxurious, they have waiting rooms that are assigned only for you and your companions, where you will have access to bar service, coffee, snacks and food.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Your safety is a priority at all times for Jet Access Corp, our dispatch department constantly monitored the weather conditions from your departure airport, route and destination, coordinating it with the flight crew, however, if the weather conditions are not good and we cannot find a alternate routes, we will delay the departure of your flight until we achieve a safe and efficient operation for you.
Can you arrange my transportation to and from the airport?
We can request Limousines services, Suburban-type SUV and even armored vehicles to provide your ground transportation. Upon request.
